I've worked in court-based, hospital-based, hospice, outpatient, and independent-practice settings since 2004. I currently provide individual, couple, and family psychotherapies to those facing a wide range of emotional, life-stage, and interpersonal challenges. I particularly welcome those navigating interracial parenthood, multi-racial identity development, and mixed-racial-and-cultural family functioning.

For over a decade, I’ve dedicated a large portion of my practice to advanced specialization in reproductive health — including infertility, miscarriage and neonatal loss, fetal diagnosis, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. I've written nationally recognized trainings for the Seleni Institute, taught perinatal mental-health best practices to medical and mental health clinicians, and presented at peer-reviewed conferences throughout the United States. In addition to academic contributions, I’ve provided expert commentary to publications including the Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post, and several best-selling volumes on motherhood.
